Thank you for considering Lord’s Signature Hotel as your venue. Lord’s Signature Hotel offers a few venue possibilities for 10 to 320 guests in our Banquet Hall, Pool Room or Boma or, Marque Tent in our Gardens. Please note the prices that are listed are not fixed we are open to negotiations lets us work with your budget and accommodate you our client as far as we can. We offer the following venue possibilities:

The Garden 


Weather permitting have your function on the lawn under a stretch tent or Marque tent overlooking the wild life.

The hire of the Garden includes the following:

  • Aladdin stretch tent for groups smaller than 80
  • Marque tent for bigger groups
  • Red carpet
  • Round table with table cloths white or Black
  • Setup and cleaning (refer to Terms and Conditions)

The hire of the Garden Function excludes the following:

  • Flowers
  • Décor
  • Tie Backs
  • PA System
  • Napkins
  • Draping

Please note all our linen is White, Black or Cream if you desire another colour we will quote accordingly

Banqueting Hall


This spacious venue allows you enough room to dine and dance the night away. With its modern style with a bit of yester year creates that stylish setting

The hire of the Banqueting Hall includes the following:

  • Setup
  • Round Tables or/ Rectangular Tables (For groups smaller than 100)
  • Chairs with chair covers (white, black or cream) excluding tie backs
  • Crockery and Cutlery
  • One table cloth per table (white, black)
  • One linen napkin per guest (white, black or cream)
  • Red Carpet at entrance
  • Dance Floor
  • Cake table
  • Gift table
  • DJ table and chair
  • Air conditioning
  • Full standard lighting with dimming function
  • Fully Equipped Bar with Bar Staff
  • Buffet Set up with linen and standard Décor
  • Standard Cocktail tables outside with ashtrays
  • Placing of gifts, name cards, menus and napkin holders on your behalf. You to supply

The Pool Room


Small but yet spacious, your reception will be intimate and unforgettable.

  • Dance Floor (tables are moved backwards to create a dance space on the tile floor)

Draping

If you would like draping we will supply you with a quotation

Breaking Deposit

An R1000.00 nonrefundable breakage deposit is added to any wedding, function held at Lord’s Signature
Hotel. If there is any breakage greater than R1000.00 you will be invoiced accordingly

Waiter Service Fee

Waiter service is an essential part of a function reception to ensure your guest receives the utmost function
experience.
We recommend the following:
For every 10 guest one waiter is needed @ R350 per waiter

 

DJ Services

We offer a full DJ service with DJ Johan he’s our in house preferred supplier.

Accommodation

Your guests can check in at the hotel and enjoy this special offer of R1250.00 per double room including a
delicious breakfast buffet.

Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and memorable function:

  1. You have received this package and have more or less an idea what’s on offer
  2. Please make an appointment to come and see us and view our venue so we can show you what we offer. On this visit we can look at the diary and secure a date.
    • Secure date
    • Payment of deposit to secure the booking (will be deducted from final invoice)
    • Function questionnaire to be completed
    • Terms and Conditions to be signed
  3. 60 days prior to function date confirm the menu quotation and pay 50% of total amount of invoice
    and discuss the table décor and other arrangements
  4. 14 days prior to function confirm the following
    • Final amount of guest total and settle balance in full
