Thank you for considering Lord’s Signature Hotel as your wedding venue. The whirlwind of wedding planning can be a headache for you and your future groom. We can create your childhood dreams into a reality that will overcome all your wildest expectations. Your special day can transform your whole life in one single moment, Let us help and be there for you throughout your journey on becoming a newlywed.

Lord’s Signature Hotel offers a few venue possibilities for 10 to 250 guests in our Banquet Hall, Chapel, Pool Room or Boma or, that English country side wedding in a Marque Tent in our Gardens.

Please note the prices that are listed are not fixed we are open to negotiations lets us work with your budget and accommodate you our client as far as we can.

We offer the following venue possibilities:

The Chapel


Small but yet spacious your wedding vows will stand the test of time.

Should you wish to use only the chapel and not have your reception with us a once of hiring fee will be: R10 000.regardles off the amount of guests.

The hire of the Chapel includes the following:

  • Altar – Iron frame with glass top
  • Red carpet
  • Chairs with chair covers (white or black)
  • Wooden cross

  • Register table with chairs includes standard décor
  • Table with linen for musicians or DJ
  • Setup and cleaning (refer to Terms and Conditions)

Please note all our linen is White, Black if you desire another colour we will quote accordingly

The hire of the Chapel excludes the following:

  • Flowers
  • Décor
  • Tie Backs
  • PA Systems

The Garden


Weather permitting have your ceremony on the lawn under a Victorian Gazebo overlooking the pond and wild life

  • Aladdin stretch tent for groups smaller than 80

  • Chairs with chair covers (white or black )
  • Register table with chairs
  • Table with linen for musicians or DJ
  • Setup and cleaning (refer to Terms and Conditions)

The hire of the Garden Ceremony excludes the following:

  • Flowers
  • Décor
  • Tie Backs
  • PA Systems
  • Napkins
  • Draping

Banqueting Hall


This spacious venue allows you enough room to dine and dance the night away. With its modern style with a bit of yester year creates that stylish setting fit for a Lord and Lady.

The Pool Room

Coordinating Fee


Dear Bride this fee will include the following to ensure your special day runs smoothly. We are here for you 24/7 during the journey to your special day:

 151 to 250R9 500.00

 
The Coordinating Fee includes the following:

  • Unlimited visits and meetings (please make an appointment)
  • Full coordinating of ceremony and reception
  • A Deluxe Room for The Night before for the Bride to be and 3 friends including a special turn down platter with Bubbly. On the morning of your special day you will be treated to breakfast buffet in the Restaurant
  • Dressing room for Bride and Groom on the wedding day
  • Snack platter during dressing time
  • Full use of premises for photo shoot
  • Honey moon suite for wedding night with specialized gift for bride and groom and special turn down platter and Bubbly.
  • Beverages for the Bride and Groom during the ceremony ( please note only the couple will be included, a dedicated waiter will serve you) R500.00 limited

Draping

If you would like draping we will supply you with a quotation

Breaking Deposit

An R1000.00 nonrefundable breakage deposit is added to any wedding, function held at Lord’s Signature Hotel. If there is any breakage greater than R1000.00 you will be invoiced accordingly.

Waiter Service Fee

Waiter service is an essential part of a function reception to ensure your guest receives the utmost function experience.
We recommend the following:
For every 10 guest one waiter is needed @ R300 per waiter

DJ Services
We offer a full DJ service with DJ Johan he’s our in house preferred supplier

Accommodation

Your guests can check in at the hotel and enjoy this special offer of R1250.00 per double room including a delicious breakfast buffet.
